WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Want to provide an exceptional experience for our guests? Come join the Six Flags team! You will help keep the kitchen sparkling and ensure that we always have clean, sanitized and stocked supplies for our culinary and food services team.

HOW YOU WILL DO IT:

• Clean and sanitize pots, pans, utensils and serving trays necessary for daily operation.
• Properly store pots, pans, utensils and serving trays according to Six Flags Fiesta Texas standards or as directed by immediate supervisor.
• Responsible for maintaining equipment i.e. the dish machine, sinks and sink disposal.
• Maintain a safe working environment in the dish room. The floors are a primary focus. Dishwashers are to have floor mats properly placed on the floors and keep floors dry.
• Follow through with OSHA standards as part of operation, especially with product and chemical disposals

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

• Must be at least 18 years or older
• 1 years+ experience in theme park industry preferred, but not required
• Ability to work in an environment as fast-paced as our coasters
• Meet the physical demands of the job, including standing for long periods of time, bending, pulling and lifting with or without reasonable accommodation
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to the Six Flags mantra
• Follow all Six Flags grooming and sanitation guidelines
• Be available to work most weekends and holidays, as well as evenings
• Be flexible and adaptable to change, as well as the ability and willingness to assist in other aspects of Food & Beverage operations (including but not limited to the ability to be cross-trained and or learn other aspects as required)

• May perform other duties beyond scope of above as necessary to support the park as a whole
• Reports to Food & Beverage Leadership
