Dishwasher Job at Mt Hood Ski Bowl Llc
Job Summary
The main function of a Dishwasher is to prepare ensure the kitchen is kept clean and functional at all times, to process dishes quickly and to assist and support Cooks as needed.
Essential Job Functions
- Cleaning dishes and cooking tools efficiently and timely.
- Keeping the dish station clean and free of clutter.
- Accepting as a goal… return times for various items (timely turn-around).
- Restocking the area as needed on your own.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of the whole area for which you are responsible.
- Changing garbage can liners and taking bags to waste building
- Filling in as Food Runner as needed
- Filling in as Cook as needed.
- Willing and able to work in a TEAM atmosphere.
Secondary Job Functions
- Work as a TEAM PLAYER in a TEAM atmosphere.
- Help out in other departments as needed.
- Separate garbage and recyclables into appropriate bins.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Smiling
- Look out for all Skibowl property and assets.
- Address any issues as it occurs or inform the appropriate dept manager.
- Assist Guests.
Requirements
- Able to work indoors or outdoors
- Able to lift 40lbs over your head
- Able to shovel snow
- Able to use computer correctly during high stress situations.
- Must be able to work with others in a respectful manner, even when stressed.
- Must be able to work Holidays and Weekends which may include evenings.
