Scraping and sorting food waste from dirty dishes/meal tray. Rinsing and spraying dishes prior to feeding into the dishwasher. Cutlery and kitchen utensils are sorted and placed in soaking bucket prior to washing. Dishes organized into piles and/or dishwasher trays/racks to be processed into the automated dishwasher.
Most importantly having a good attitude and the ability to work with a team.
