PAM Transport is looking to add a Dispatch Manager to our fast-growing Operations team in Laredo! In this position you will play an integral role in managing and encouraging the success of the dispatching team.

• MAIN JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supervise the department and all associates within the department
• Manage operational KPI’s and work with team to improve
• Create and maintain a great culture within your team
• Push for a great customer experience for our drivers
• Develop Accountability and ownership within your team
• Set high expectations and ensure that your team is hitting them consistently
• Maintain effectiveness when experiencing major changes in work tasks
• Establish courses of action to ensure that work is completed efficiently
• Ability to clearly communicate in terms that are clearly understandable
• Be action-oriented, with a sense of urgency and responsiveness in solving problems and meeting the business needs
• Report weekly to upper management on results of previous week and what is being done to improve

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
