WANTED DISPATCHERS FOR TRUCKS DRIVERS AND FREIGHT AGENTS TO FIND SHIPPERS. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
TRUCK DISPATCHERS:
Duties:
- Coordinate with our customer service reps to get work orders
- Set load appointments with customers
- Respond to emails
- Enter loads onto our TMS system
- Update customer load boards
- Dispatch loads with drivers and follow up to make sure drivers are running on time.
- Maintain contact with drivers throughout their shifts and address any routing issues they might have
- Update customers on the status of their deliveries including any delays that occur
- Answer calls from delivery drivers and relay any emergencies they have to the appropriate channels
FREIGHT AGENTS:
Duties:
seeking Highly Motivated Independent Contractor Agents. All agents/brokers who apply are advised to have an established Shipper/Carrier resources and general knowledge of the load movement process. Generous 50%-50% Commission split. . Shipper leads will be provided, however Shipper/Carrier leads rest essentially on Contractor work generation! Cold calling of Shippers and Carriers is recommended. .Position allows complete flexibility. Position requires ability to negotiate rates and Identify current rates.
