Job Summary

The Distribution Center Administrator provides administrative support in the areas of accounting, sales, inventory, and human resources. This role has daily tasks that will require independent planning and prioritization.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support for the financial cycle as it relates to Accounts Payable and Receivables, including processing invoices and requests, reconciling statements, research, and auditing.
  • Supports the Sales team by processing orders, entering requests, file maintenance, and tracking.
  • Reconciles inventory coupons daily.
  • Processes HR functions including on-boarding and payroll.
  • Assists with miscellaneous tasks such as employee events, coordination of visitors, maintaining database and personnel logs, managing office equipment, and scheduling as needed.
  • Provides general administrative support and assistance on projects as directed.

Job Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED preferred.
  • Minimum of one year of work experience required.
  • Prior experience with administrative support in a fast-paced, office environment.
  • Working knowledge of various computer software programs including Word and Excel. SAP experience is preferred.
  • Experience with processing invoices and reconciling statements preferred
