AUTHORITIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Process data deliverables for material orders.
  • Responsible for processing and keeping current records for the following:
  • MEL
  • Security documents setup for subcontractors/suppliers
  • NDAs
  • Reps and Certs
  • SDRLs/CDRLs
  • Commodity code maintenance
  • Procurement File maintenance
  • Supplier library maintenance
  • Material certification records retaining
  • Filing
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Responsible for all aspects of documentation and process flow of the above to ensure steps are not missed.
  • Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job.
  • Works under immediate supervision.
  • Primary job functions do not typically require exercising independent judgment.
QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE:
  • High School Diploma/GED required
  • Very strong organizational and prioritization skills required
  • Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, coworkers, internal customers
  • Keep manager and internal customers aware/informed of critical issues
  • Ability to recognize critical situations and immediately take appropriate action
  • Computer proficient utilizing all Microsoft Office applications
  • Manage Time and Meet Deadlines

ADDITIONAL GUIDELINES:

  • No felony convictions of Theft/Deception or Violent crimes within
seven years from disposition date
  • No felony convictions of Drug crimes within three years from
disposition date
