Document Management Technician Job at Veritas HHS LLC
Veritas-HHS seeks a Document Imaging Tech to work at the Knoxville Office located in Knoxville, TN. Start date for this position is December 5th. We are currently offering a $500 sign-on bonus.
The starting salary for this position is $11.00 per hour, dependent upon experience.

About the Position:
The Document Imaging Technician processes incoming mail and court documents, scans and indexes documents and assists with maintaining the file room.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Processes incoming mail
- Scans and indexes documents into the imaging system
- Maintains file room, ensuring all hard-copy files are filed/refiled correctly
- Maintains document destruction calendar
- Oversees on-site shredding of documents
- Assist with coverage at receptionist desk
- Other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- A minimum of two years of office experience
- Mail room experience a plus
