Summary of Job:

Responsible for the transportation of The Service Companies employees to and from work locations and pick-up locations. Provides a safe and respectful atmosphere. Works in a fast and efficient manner.

Essential Job Functions:

• Follows all applicable motor vehicle laws
• Responsible for van cleanliness and reporting any problems with the vehicle
• Smiles and is friendly when interacting with co-workers, guests and property employees
• Follows all required safety and standard operating procedures
• Adheres to all company and regulatory policies
• Reports any wrongdoing to managers immediately
• Works weekend, holidays and rotating shifts
• Acts as a role model to other The Service Companies employees
• Immediately notifies supervisor of any equipment failure
• Smiles and is friendly when interacting with co-workers, guests and property employees Qualifications:
• Valid Driver’s License with excellent driving record
• High School education or GED

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Must meet company and clients appearance standards
• Ability to work with a variety of cleaning equipment and chemicals
