Job Description:
F|STAFF is currently looking for a self-motivated professional to join our family of workers as a Driver Manager. This position will spend most of their time engaging with customers and drivers across the country, with an emphasis on relationship management.
- Identify the needs of drivers to obtain the appropriate opportunities, and execute the plan to achieve expectations
- Identifying and vetting dedicated and on-demand opportunities for Class A CDL drivers
- Maintaining relationships with clients to support their need for Class A CDL drivers
- Establish and maintain relationships with drivers and support them in obtaining their preferred jobs
- Maintain communication with drivers and carriers to ensure expectations of all parties are being met
- Advise carriers and drivers on proper utilization of technology to maximize process efficiency
- Advise drivers and carriers of ongoing and upcoming supply chain issues
Schedule:
- This is a full-time in office position, M-F
- One scheduled, paid, on-call day monthly

- Transportation or Supply Chain Experience preferred

- A positive energetic attitude, be a team player, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to foster and create relationships between driver staff and clients through written and oral communication techniques.
- Must possess the skills and experience required to work in both individual and team atmospheres.
