- Establish an understanding of various technologies that are utilized to receive/review driver paperwork.
- Index paperwork by document type and match with AS400
- Field calls from driver professionals
- Work with driver managers and other operations personnel
- Verify and audit driver pay reimbursements and deductions, ensuring proper pay methods, rate calculations and approval/authorization for additions and exceptions;
- Run trial reports to audit for correctness. Upload pay data from various sources and confirm accuracy of upload.
- Maintain data, reconciliation, batch and summary reports of various kinds to support weekly pay runs.
- Discern/identify uncharacteristic computer entries that affect pay
- Respond to driver inquires when applicable to pay process.
