DSHS Forms & Records Analyst 3 - Western State Hospital (WSH) has an opportunity for a Forms and Records Analyst 3 in the Policy Office located in the Lakewood, WA.

This position is to coordinate and direct state hospital records retention, forms, and policies. In addition, this position works with DSHS and all agencies under the direction of DSHS to provide consistency in forms used by the hospitals on Western State Hospital campus.

Pierce County employees are eligible to receive an Orca Card for transportation needs.

DUTIES:

Some of what you'll be doing:


  • Oversees, develops, and maintains hospital wide form database and forms in PolicyTech.
  • Sends a copy of the form in draft to the requestor to review and provide updated information to add for review and approval to ELT in PolicyTech.
  • Clarify with the requestor, if need be, either in writing or verbally.
  • Directs guides, consults, coordinates, and oversees Civil Center Forms and Procedures, ensuring the program meets certification regulations, RCW and WAC hospital wide.
  • Creates, designs, and revises manual and electronic/automated forms and layouts, processes form orders.
  • Ensures all forms are updated, organized, and available to patients and staff as needed.
  • Provides information and expert advice

Who should apply?

QUALIFICATIONS:

A Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, industrial engineering, or a related field and two years of experience in forms and/or records management
OR
Equivalent education/experience may substitute for degree/experience.
