We are a small 6 resident home for adults with developmental delays. We are family-owned and operated. We continuously seek to provide the best care for our patients and are looking for individuals who will help us with this goal!

Our staffing ratio is 3 residents to 1 CNA or Caregiver. This is because we want to provide the best care to our patients. This staffing ratio allows us to provide very individualized care.
We are looking for committed individuals that can work in a family-like atmosphere. Must be able to work as a team.
We are looking for someone that can grow into a manager position.
What shifts should a Caregivers/ (CNA) Certified Nursing Assistants Direct Support Professional (DSP) expect to work:
We are looking for individuals that can work AM, PM and NOC shifts
($2,000 Sign On Bonus)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 per hour
