We are looking for a Dynamics Business Central NAV Developer/Administrator with responsibility to provide support to Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and HR users. Individual will help with integration, system enhancements, documentation, and automation. Role will be responsible for maintaining the Business Central, Continia, and Insight Works applications for reliable performance. Role will also work closely with department managers to identify and drive improvements through improved use of Business Central. We are an established specialty contractor/manufacturer that is approaching years of significant and sustained growth which is driving process and business application improvement needs. You’ll work with a broad team to deliver maximum value to the organization.

Experience:
- Minimum 4+ years’ progressive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV administration, inclusive of:
- 2+ years’ experience as Microsoft Business Central or Dynamics 365 Administrator implementing and supporting customization/configuration to support business processes
- Experience supporting system configuration for manufacturing and project-based businesses
- Preferred experience with Jet Reports or Power BI
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, information systems
- Provide day-to-day Business Central maintenance and support to functional users and employees in Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and HR.
- Plan and implement integration processes to other applications
- Consult and actively work with business areas to assess needs for the various business functions. Manage business process improvement projects utilizing process design, including but not limited to creation of timelines, dependencies, defining deliverables, testing, and deployment.
- Dynamic understanding of business process, including but not limited to Accounting (AP/AR/cost accounting), Finance (budgeting/reporting), Supply Chain (purchasing/warehousing), and Manufacturing (demand planning, assemblies)
- Identifies challenges within systems and implements procedures and processes to overcome them. Strongly developed problem-solving skills are crucial in this role.
- Able to bridge the gap between technical and nontechnical stakeholders by translating business processes into system documentation and requirements.
- Liaison with 3rd party Microsoft Business Central consultants on large scale process change or as needed for technical consultation
- Works with other department heads and executives to consistently plan, evolve and improve operational efficiency through BC/NAV enhancements with professional demeanor, intuition, and communication.
- 4+ years progressive experience in a manufacturing environment in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV
- Ability to work with stakeholders located in multiple locations and develop strong working relationships
- Reasoning Ability: ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and communicate end-state solution or process
- Change management
- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach.
Compensation:
Pay requirements will be based on experience. The compensation range will be between $85,000 and $120,000/annual salary.
