E-Commerce Director, Prepaid Gift Cards Job at IDT Corporation
A successful e-Commerce B2B business is seeking a
Product Manager/Owner with digital acquisition experience to attract new clients and grow revenue.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Increase e-Commerce revenue by identifying sales opportunities, formulating new revenue streams, managing AB testing, improving conversion rates, and continuous redesign and rollout;
- Develop content direction and lead the content production for website, blogs and customer communications;
- Own all aspects of the organization’s eCommerce P&L;
- Manage and monitor all e-Commerce related expenses to balance growth and profit against financial objectives; report performance to upper management;
- Build, structure, and lead an inside sales team to convert leads to orders;
- Manage operations team and third party partners supporting business operations to increase efficiency and reduce costs;
- Oversee technical teams and manage the features developments and site upgrades, from ticket creation to go liveLead the cross-functional collaboration with Technology, Marketing, Operations, Customer Service, and other teams.
We expect you to have:
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial personality with a results-oriented management style who's hungry to make a differenceMinimum 5 years of experience managing e-commerce service;
- Proven track record of increasing sales and net revenue for e-commerce website(s)Hands on approach, used to working with limited resources both human and capital;
- Creative, analytical, and a problem solver; be able to prioritize and oversee multiple projects at once;
- Strong written and oral communication skills;
- Familiarity with JIRA and working with developers.
