Early Childhood Facility Director/Administrat Job at Robson Forensic
EARLY CHILDHOOD FACILITY DIRECTOR/ADMINISTRATOR (Full-time)
Do you want to use your training, education, and experience in a new and meaningful way?
We are seeking a full-time Early Childhood Director/Administrator expert to investigate, analyze, and assess supervision practices and policies in childcare centers as it relates to injuries, incidents and abuse that occur in facility and/or homebased programs. We are interested in candidates within the early childhood field that have education, training and experience in early childhood and supervised care settings as a director or administrator in a corporate and/or private childcare setting. The ideal candidate would also have private, faith-based, and/or in-home childcare experience.
LOCATION:
East Coast (east of the Mississippi)
REQUIREMENTS:
- Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
- Master’s degree or higher in education (early childhood education, child development, special education, elementary education)
- Minimum 5+ years of Director/Administrator experience in a facility for early childhood care
- Experience with early childhood populations
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a comprehensive team
- Excellent technical, analytical, writing, and communication skills
