Autism Care Partners & City Pro Group have and exciting opportunity for an Operations Analyst, to assist in the growth of our center-based Early Intervention (EI) program.
The Early Intervention (EI) Operations Analyst will assist the VP of Operations & Compliance for EI in NY in several functional areas, as well as with the expansion of EI centers, compliance tasks and various operational tasks.
Essential Functions:
- Expansion of Early Intervention Centers:
- Collect pertinent paperwork from different sources and prep them for submission to obtain appropriate approvals from city, Daycare, fire department etc.
- Visit potential Early Intervention sites throughout the five boroughs with brokers to ensure that site is a viable option to add onto the company’s portfolio
- Assist in coordinating and scheduling inspections
- Compliance Tasks:
- Perform a supporting role in identifying processes that require changes in order to keep compliant with BEI regulations, monthly random QA auditing of existing internal systems and report to VP of operations with findings
- Collaborate with departmental lead in executing implementation of new compliance processes that have been identified by the VP
- Operational Tasks:
- Assist in transitioning internal paper -based systems to virtual files and folders
- Assist in obtaining data for monthly dash boards; departmental stats; referrals utilization
- Assist in ensuring that tasks that are being carried out within the program are at par with already set-out benchmarks
- Execute projects identified by VP that will assist in increase of referrals such as open house events and scheduling trainings with guest speakers
- Assist and support with EI multi- agency integration

Travel Required:
- Traveling throughout the boroughs to see viable sites is required
Education and Experience:
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or equivalent related experience
- A minimum of 2 years of related experience
Additional Requirements:
- Employees in this role are considered essential workers as part of the critical infrastructure
- No prior criminal history
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
- Proficient in M-Files (or equivalent Document Management System)
