Responsibilities:

· Work in a team to install solar panels on residential roofs

· Prepare and load company vehicles; maintain an accurate inventory of materials

· Clean job site; Interact and communicate with customers and co-workers in a friendly, appropriate, & polite manner

· Receive stock & organize tools, equipment and materials in trucks and warehouse

· Complete additional tasks as required

Requirements:

· Able to perform work in attics

· Clean driving record

· Be comfortable working outdoors at heights and on angled roofs

· Ability to comfortably lift 50 lbs repeatedly & overhead

· Full range of mobility in upper & lower body, with ability to work in various positions, including, but not limited to: standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time.

· Observe safety procedures at all times and exercise caution

· Attention to detail

· Electrical experience: 1 year preferred

· Solar experience is a plus

· Prior experience working on roofs and/or in construction

· Work on a team & independently with minimum supervision in a steady-paced environment

· Pre-employment background check and drug screen (DFWP)
