DataBank is pleased to announce that we are currently recruiting for an Electronic Medical Records Assemblers to join our Production team. The ideal candidate for this position will possess experience using varied software programs, including Excel, to perform hospital cell assembly work virtually with maximum quality, accuracy, and speed according to job priority and specifications.


We also have the following opportunities available:
  • Full time hours (36 - 40 hrs./wk) - working Monday through Friday from 9:00am - 5:30pm
  • Full time hours (36 - 40 hrs./wk.) - working Monday through Friday from 3pm - 11:30pm

This position will be a remote, work-from-home opportunity with equipment provided. All training will be one-on-one and conducted remotely via Zoom. Qualified candidates must be familiar with working from a remote environment, possess hands-on knowledge of setting up the equipment with instruction, possess hands-on screen sharing experience and have a working smart phone with Android 11.0+ or higher or Apple iOS14 or higher for our security requirements.
Responsibilities:

Essential Functions/Job Duties:

  • Ability to read and understand job specifications
  • Ability to identify medical record forms and assign their correct location in the medical record according to established Medical Record Chart Orders as adhered to specifications set by the client contracted for E-Assembly
  • Ability to work closely with other departments, for the completion of the work to the client
  • Maintain the turnaround times as governed by contracts with client
  • Maintain accurate production records to note billable hours
  • Meet all quality and production standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of client information per client guidelines.
  • Hyland OnBase experience highly prefered
  • Epic EMR experience, a plus
Qualifications:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or GED Certificate Required
  • Ability to work remote, from a home office with hi-speed internet/modem
  • Must have a working smart phone with Android 11.0+ or higher or Apple iOS14 or higher for our security requirements
