The Opportunity*

Silvus is seeking an Electronics Technician for the production team of Silvus’ StreamCaster line of MIMO radios. This role will work closely with operations management and engineering to ensure high quality and timely delivery as well as provide feedback for continuous improvement of the product.

Technical Responsibilities:

• Testing of sensitive electronics assemblies and printed circuit boards (PCBs)
• Final assembly and inspection of finished products
• System testing and quality control testing in production
• Statistics logging and reporting with daily feedback to the team

Qualifications:

• Experience in an electronics manufacturing and test environment preferred
• Competent as a PC user, computer savvy - Linux experience a plus but not required
• Good manual dexterity and strong hand skills with tools (tweezers, screw/bolt drivers, torque wrenches)
• Enjoys hands-on work, careful, and detail-oriented
• Excellent organization skill and ability to manage multiple tasks
• Collaborative spirit, committed to team success
• Ability to pass background check
• Must be a U.S. Person (Permanent Resident or US Citizen) due to government contracts
