Employment Support Managers focus on employment goal achievement and supporting folks with employment and engagement. This role maintains that the highest quality of services are being delivered, develops/trains team members, and ensures goals/outcomes are being worked towards/achieved for both staff and residents.

Job Title: Employment Support Manager

Location: In person at our St. Paul, MN office

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8am-4pm

Compensation: $21.00/hour

Employment Support Manager Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage scheduling of employees

• Conduct interviews for individuals looking to receive employment services

• Responsible for goal development and accountability for those receiving services, including a focus on more independence and community integration

• Job coaching and vocational training

• Training team members and ensuring 245D compliance (including documentation)

• Collaborate with other departments to ensure services and outcomes are being met

• Ensure Supported Employment Services Notice and Violation Process is adhered to

• Hold team/staff meetings

Employment Support Manager Required Skills and Experience:

• 2 years of experience or 1 year of college

• Supported Employment Certificate (preferred)

• Project Management Skill/Supervisory Experience (preferred)

• 245D or healthcare experience (preferred)
