1. EMS will maintain the following records:
- Time and Attendance reports
- All counseling actions
- Assignment of equipment
- Cost and service reports for each vehicle
- Log each employee?s training and suggest advanced training as required
- Reports on any Corporate Compliance issues
Attends mandatory in services / educational classes
Utilizes cost containment efforts
Follows chain of command when making request, complaints, etc.
Adheres to meal and break time limits
Demonstrates dependability by good attendance and punctuality.
Able to receive and carry out instructions.
Performs job effectively, anticipates and is resourceful in making good decisions.
Organizes and accomplishes job assignments within the time allotted, accurately, and with minimum supervision.
Contributes to positive work climate and team effort, expresses positive attitude and cooperation.
