Best Financial has an exciting opportunity as an Engagement Specialist. We are looking for outgoing, energetic candidates.

The selected candidate as the Engagement Specialist will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Contributes to the organization’s efforts to recruit, manage, and penetrate business sponsor groups/business partners/special interest groups through solutions and service to existing, new and potential organizations.
• Conduct presentations, book appointments, and events to increase product/brand awareness, generate leads and build profitable, long-term relationships.
• Help manage the Youth Account program and committee to foster growth of the membership base and reduce overall age of membership.
• Attends appropriate community events to build relationships and to prospect for new accounts.
• Identify which community service projects, events, activities best support production.
• Assist in investigating and resolving complaints, problems or questions for members and businesses.
• Assist on various marketing initiatives, especially as they relate to Business Development.
• Assist in maintaining a consistent message across all social media platforms.
• Coordinate and facilitate initiatives for The BEST Program and the School Debit Card program.
• Responsible for working within department budget and plan to meet assigned goals and job expectations.
• Assists in the communication of ongoing campaigns. Responsible for the relationship management and internal communications.
• All other duties as assigned.

This individual must possess the ability to multi-task and work independently while still having the desire to contribute to a team.
