Responsibilities
- Accurate specking of units for applications (zero warranties)
- Trouble shooting / resolving customer complaints in a timeous manner
- Professional report writing based on findings with proposed solutions
- General Application / Technical Support (Customer Queries / Warranties)
- Alignment with EMEA Applications processes and best practices
- Field visits and customer training
- Assist wth project management / co-ordination
Qualifications & Job Requirements
- Mechanical engineering degree or equivalent.
- Team Player and customer focused
- At least 5 years technical experience within Engineering / sales support / testing – preferably within filtration / dust control.
- General knowledge of currently used production techniques in the industries in order to be able to advise how to solve dust problems. Knowledge of fabrication, fan design & application, pneumatics, noise & acoustics an advantage. Knowledge of relevant legislation.
- Computer skills, MS office etc.
- Good knowledge of English
- Good knowledge of company procedures / operation and commercial objectives.
- Team Player with assumed accountability
