Job Summary:
The Engineering Manager is responsible for ensuring that key projects and engineering duties are fulfilled by the engineering team. Assist with solving engineering issues that arise through the normal course of project activities.
Essential Functions:
1. Collaborate with other department managers and leadership to set and assess priorities for the engineering team
2. Assign tasks to engineers and gauge progress of various projects
3. Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
4. Collaborate with the sales team to create new products
5. Manage department budget for projects
6. Plan and execute strategies for completing projects on time
7. Determine the need for training and talent development
8. Provide clear and concise instructions to the engineering team
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
