  • Provide leadership in e stablish ing best practices for Data Quality Management (DQM) and Data Cleansing processes as part of Enterprise Data Management (EDM) initiatives and goals

  • Provide leadership in establishing Data Governance and Data Security processes by collaborating with business SMEs and Infra/Sec teams

  • Be a bridge between business SMEs, Data Stewards, and IT Data engineers for EDM practices

  • In collaboration with business SMEs, k eep track of Enterprise-wide data health, create DQ and Data Cleansing roadmap, routinely report achievements and progress of data health improvement

  • Collaborate with business SMEs and b e a n IT custodian of MDM Golden Records .

  • In collaboration with business SMEs, c reate, document ( e.g., Standard Operating Procedures, Work Instructions, Data Dictionaries, Business Glossaries, etc ) , and own the processes and the data to make sure data is compliant with defined standards, policies, and quality requirements

  • Provide leadership in conducting a data health check of acquired entities/new data sources

  • Support compliance and data auditing processes . Lead the effort of making sure enterprise-wide data and DQ processes adhere to applicable compliance ( e.g., HIPPA, GDPR, SoX , PCI, etc.) and security complexities involved with PII/PHI data

  • Potentially l ead the Data Stewards team in creating, maintaining, and monitoring Enterprise Data, especially Master Data

  • Address stakeholder feedback, concerns, and questions by evaluating and identifying issues and coordinating and implementing corrections regularly

  • Understand and t ranslate business needs to DQ rules, flows, processes, and work specifications and translate technical rules , flows, and processes for the business

  • Conduct or coordinate DQ tests to ensure that the corrected data are consistent with defined business requirements

  • Any other tasks/responsibilities as directed by the manager

You Have:

  • A degree in C omputer S cience, Data Analytics , or a related field is required .

  • A minimum of ten ( 7 ) years of progressively complex experience in a directly Data Quality related area, during which both professional and technical capabilities have been demonstrated.

  • A minimum of five ( 5 ) years of DQM experience with Profisee (or similar, e.g., Informatica, etc. ) tools is required .

  • Experience with industry/domains like Medical Devices, M anufacturing , Healthcare, finance, sales, and /or marketing is a must .

  • Experience and Expertise with tools for data query and data analysis ( e.g., SQL, Excel, etc.) is a must.

  • Fundamental understanding of ETL processes and data mapping is a must.

  • Experience in working with Azure cloud data is a big plus.

  • Experience with MDM domains like Items/Products, Customers , Employees, Vendors, and reference data are highly preferred.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $120,00 to $140,000. The actual base pay includes many factors and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits
