Job Summary

Dena Lyons is a luxury Italian crafted accessories brand established in 2014 to make consumers feel confident and inspired. We are currently seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to fulfill the day-to-day responsibilities associated with a growing fashion company. Job requires incredible organization for ever-changing business and personal calendars and complex schedule. Tasks includes calling clients to maintain accounts and open new accounts, invoicing and shipping to clients, and working with clients at various fashion events. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must have excellent verbal and phone communication skills.
  • Proficient in both English in speaking, reading and writing.
  • Computer literate in Word, Excel, Outlook, and Quickbooks
  • Essential organization and prioritization skills needed.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.

Responsibilites include: devising and maintaining office systems, including data management

  • making phone calls, enquiries and requests, related to new accounts and presenting findings;
  • organising and maintaining calendars and making appointments;
  • dealing with incoming email, corresponding on behalf of the manager;
  • carrying out background research and presenting findings;
  • producing documents, briefing papers, reports
  • liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.

  • responsibility for accounts
  • being involved in decision-making processes

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Boca Raton, FL 33432: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
