ENTRANCE OPERATIONS: Greets Guests and processes them into park through entrance and exit gates. Provides friendly, courteous assistance to guests while answering questions, providing information and direction.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Enthusiastically greets and welcomes guests as they enter the area. Understands all valid ticket media and how to correctly process each ticket, whether on ticket stock, paper, or mobile device. Provides assistance using these media to all Guests in a welcoming and helpful manner. Scans and verifies park admission tickets, and their ownership, upon Guest entry and re-entry into the park. Properly identifies fraudulent tickets and notifies proper personnel.
• Distributes TapuTapu bands to guests upon entry and re-entry. Reports machine and ticketing issues and provides supporting data for proper inspection/follow up. Possess knowledge of Volcano Bay and the TapuTapu, including, but not limited to: TapuTu Play, TapTu Pay, TapTu Snap, TapTu Lock, Virtual Line and the Universal Orlando Resort Mobile App.
• Directs guests towards the Ticket Windows, Guest Services, Turnstiles, or any area within Entrance Operations as needed. Maintains crowd control as guests enter and exit the park.
  Maintains a clean work environment. Constantly monitors immediate area and surroundings for trash and debris and assists in its removal as needed.
• Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

WEARABLES ATTENDANT: Maintains inventory, collects, cleans, and distributes TapuTapu™ Wearables to various teams throughout Volcano Bay. Collects TapuTapu™ Wearables as Guests exit the park, while providing assistance to guests.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for troubleshooting, cleaning, stocking, and maintaining the inventory of the TapuTapu™ Wearables. Updates and activates Wearables. Proactively empties all collection bins and ensure all Wearables are collected from in-park daily.
• Distributes TapuTapu™ Wearables to designated teams throughout Volcano Bay. Collect and inventory all distribute Wearables at the end of day operation.
• Actively recovers TapuTapu™ Wearables as guest exit the park using the Wearable Detection system, while greeting guests and directing them to the appropriate exit.
• Understand and actively participate in Environmental, Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy, procedures, training and team member involvement activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

SCOPE: Responsible for collecting all Wearables from Guests and TMs at the end of the daily operation. Responsible for activating, cleaning and conducting inventory of all Taputapu™ Wearables on a nightly basis. Responsible for reporting any variances to management after every count.

EDUCATION: High school degree or GED: Preferred

EXPERIENCE:

• 0-1 Year: Operations experience preferred.
• Six months to one year guest service and/or front counter experience preferred but not required; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
