Environment Control of North Seattle has been serving the commercial cleaning industry needs, within the Greater Seattle area, for over 35 years. We are locally owned and operated. Currently we are looking for hardworking individuals to join our Management Team.

Requirements
· Minimum of 18 years of age
· Fluent in the English language with good oral and written communication skills basic math
· Reliable transportation and a valid Driver's License
· Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
· Ability to use Smart Phone & Aps
· Available from 4pm-2am. Schedule is around 25 hours per week, up to full-time. Flexible schedule and location.
· Train and develop employees, assist in the recruitment & development of other support staff.
· Maintain up-to-date information for and personal familiarity with all assigned facilities.
· Monitor and ensure coverage of all assigned facilities/routes.
· Ensure consistent cleaning quality. Ensure proper completion of initial, on-site training for all personnel.
· Monitor ongoing development of personnel.
· Assist with all fill-in needs, ensuring complete coverage of all open routes.
