This position is located in Elkton, MD. We are looking for First, Second, AND Third Shift Manufacturing Technicians to join our Final Inspection Team in Elkton, Maryland.

What your day-to-day will look like:

• Performing data collection & data entry
• Utilizing quality systems, work instructions, and SOPs to consistently deliver products that meet customer requirements, both internal & external
• Identifying and actively participating in continuous improvement efforts including cross training
• Following and advocating safety practices, including the use of personal protective equipment
• You'll perform set-up, inspection and operation of multiple machines.
• You and the members of your team will work together to ensure all safety measures are being followed accordingly.
• You'll be encouraged to share your thoughts on process improvements.
• You'll have a clear understanding of your goals to accordingly meet the companies production standards.
• You'll be provided resources and educational material to always be up to speed on the current processes and procedures.
• You'll learn, support, practice and be involved in the company culture.

In order to remain a successful addition, this Job Requires:

• Holding a High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to lift (up to 30 lbs.) and to stand for extended periods of time.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high volume, fast paced environment.
• Experience in prioritizing and performing multiple tasks.
• The successful completion of an extensive background check and 10-panel drug screen.
