Entry Level Programmer Job at AnSer
The entry level computer programmer primarily will work within a call center software application. They will use this to create and troubleshoot the interface that our customer service representatives use to take calls.
This position requires high analytical and investigative skills to identify where a problem point is coming from and how to solve it. They will work independently but also be part of a programming team to discuss and report on company goals. They will sit in on development meetings and perform other administrative tasks as needed.
