Objective of the role:

brightEra is looking to hire energetic, and self-driven Agents to join our rapidly expanding company.

It's important to know you do NOT need to leave your current job to start with brightEra. In fact, unless you are currently working for a competitor, we recommend you stay at your current job, so you can maintain your current earnings and lifestyle, while you are training and transitioning into a brightEra career. You can complete remote/online training in the free time from your current job. DON"T waste your free time, work hard, work smart and propel yourself into a brighter future with brightEra. As you begin to succeed with brightEra on a Part-Time basis, you will notice you are making more money with brightEra than your old job. At that point you resign from your old job, then go full time with brightEra.

What WE Provide (Benefits):

• Employment as an independent contractor, 100% commission
• Uncapped commission compensation that is well above the industry average.

• Hours of work are typically, but not limited to, Monday through Friday between 12 PM - 8 PM and Saturdays between 9 AM - 3 PM.lexible schedules.

What YOU Provide (Responsibilities):

• Be part of an energetic and high-performance Sales SETTER and Marketing Team at various locations in the area
• Promote the benefits of the brightEra LIFESTYLE powered by Smart Solar Energy.
• Blog, like & post your personal social media platforms with brightEra provided info.
• Print & Distribute brightEra marketing colatoral.
• Door to Door Canvassing to engage and educate homeowners, provide brightEra information, and schedule appointments for our Energy Expert Sales Team.
• Deliver a brief & persuasive presentation to prospective clients at their front door.
• Engage prospective clients, provide company information, schedule appointments.
• Obtain referrals from customers, perspective customers, and your personal network
• Valid driver's license with Reliable transportation
• A flexible schedule and the ability to work evenings
• Attend Company meetings and industry events to stay informed about new products, sales/Marketing techniques, and industry developments.
• Update client records and log all-new interactions in our CRM & Phone based App.
• Work independently or as a team to promote brightEra offerings at various locations
• Follow fixed location and canvassing guidelines to maximize customer engagement and lead production for the assigned territory.
• Ensure a high percentage of customers scheduled meet eligibility requirements and are open to learning more about brightEra offerings.
• Reach daily, weekly, and monthly goals consistently.

• Strong promotion skills with a closers’ mindset
• Financially motivated and energetic.
• Team orientation, positive attitude, competitive spirit, superb customer service skills
• Proven track record in face-to-face marketing, direct sales or door-to-door sales, or willing to be trained to work smart to obtain these skills.
• Stand, sit, and walk for extended periods of time.
• Provide the highest level of service and professionalism to our customers.
• Applicants must be 18 years old or older.
• Legally able to work in the USA.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: $78,000.00 - $208,000.00 per year
