SUMMARY:
The Environmental Enforcement Tracking Project Manager Ensure compliance with environmental laws and regulations, conducts compliance assessments and enforcement action tracking.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Includes the following:

  • Receives, log, and track all enforcement actions reported by PMOs.
  • Receives, log, and track all enforcement actions reported by PMOs and Federal regulatory databases to document enforcement actions to include notice of violation, notice of non-compliance, warning letters, and notice of deficiencies from Federal, state, or local regulators.
  • Researches status and track progress toward closure or resolution of enforcement actions.
  • Updates the tool for tracking enforcement actions to meet fiscal year reporting requirements.
  • Prepares the Environmental Enforcement Tracking Report.
  • Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
The individual shall have successfully completed 2-years post high-school study with experience in implementing an environmental management system.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Must have/or be able to obtain a CBP Public Trust.
  • Strong SAP (ERP System) experience desired.
  • Ability to successfully pass a drug screen and federal background check.

WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work is performed primarily in a climate-controlled office work environment.
