EPC Machine Operator level 2 1st and 2nd shift Job at US Farathane
POSITION AVAILABLE:
EPC
REPORTING TO: Quality Supervisor
Must be willing to do training temporarily on any shift.
JOB DUTIES:
- Follow instructions on quality alerts, sort instructions and any other documentation provided
- Review “Red Book” prior to sorting/reworking
- Assure product meets established quality criteria of zero non-conformances
- Correct application of all internal and external labels when required, including removal of all old labels from returnable packaging
- Correct application of lot control numbers
- Daily review all applicable quality alerts
- Immediately notify Supervisor of all discrepancies to established quality checks (ie, sample boards, inspection instructions, SPC, etc)
- Keep work area clean and organized
- Participate in team problem solving activities (ie, 8D’s, communication meetings, etc)
EXPERIENCE: Candidates should have proven track record of leadership qualities
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Standing/Walking minimum (7) hours a day
- Bending
- Twisting
- Repetitive gripping
- Lifting (approx. 45 pounds)
- Walking (2 hours)
- Ability to read, speak & understand English language
