We are looking for an experienced and focused on results Machine Maintenance Team Manager to serve our customers better with our brand new equipment.

In this position, you will be responsible for:

• Leading the maintenance team to ensure machines are being maintained (and repaired when needed)
• Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and ensuring daily preventative tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Scheduling and executing Preventive Maintenance in a timely manner and improving touch points to keep our machines as new
• Monitoring and improving inventory of spare parts, materials and equipment
• Maintaining a clean and orderly facility

What we are looking for is a professional with strong leadership skills with a focus on delivering results:

• Strong knowledge of manufacturing equipment
• Knowledge and understanding of electronics and electrical systems
• Ability to read blueprints and schematics
• Great attention to detail
• “Can-do” attitude
• Flexible schedule and ability to support a three-shift, seven-day operation
