Job Summary:

Responsible for assuring efficient, effective and consistent delivery of high-quality services. Responsible for advancing the functionality and operational efficiency of PeopleSoft HCM/FMS Application and PeopleSoft development tools including Application Engine, Integration Broker, PeopleCode, SQRs, Component Interface, Workflow and Process Scheduler. Experience with current PeopleTools. Work with SQL, Oracle Database, Integration Broker, XML Publisher and provide compiled and technical solutions for stakeholders. Analyze and develop PeopleSoft HCM/FMS modules. Serve as a liaison between vendor(s) and internal teams. Provide deep technical expertise in PeopleSoft HCM/FMS application development, maintenance and production support. Define, develop, test, analyze and maintain PeopleSoft HCM/FMS applications and future modules. Ensure services provided contribute to the successful accomplishment department goals and objectives. Serves as mentor and role model to more junior staff. Partner closely with functional and technical resources to resolve complex enterprise-wide issues. Serve as expert consultant to customers to recommend solutions to business needs. Support large, complex applications with technical expertise in systems analysis, design, building, testing and implementation. Partner with IT members, business partners and vendors to translate business requirements into viable solutions, identify potential benefits and re-engineer workflow/processes to achieve anticipated benefits; coordinate discovery, planning, and status updates. Assist Technical Lead in oversight for work assigned to team members and evaluate effectiveness of work product and make recommendations for process system performance improvements. Communicate with vendors to ensure secure, accurate, timely and most appropriate product release. Identify solutions to optimize performance of existing systems and gain customer consensus on instituting changes. Coordinate and provide problem resolution, technical analyses, costs and resource estimates, work plans, workflow documentation and progress reports on assigned projects. Ensure consistent of changes in process, tools and overall practice are developed, with a focus on continued integration, innovation and overall system benefit. Provide innovative support for custom IT needs throughout organization.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering or related field + 5 years of technical experience with ERP, ERP Development and Oracle databases and expertise in complex technical solutions.
