We are seeking an experienced and talented individual to assist with ERP and CRM integration projects. This Specialist will be a hands-on contributor to various IT projects that support cross functional teams. The candidate must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and deal with various changes under tight deadlines.Support Apprise ERP Software for Wells Lamont Retail, Wells Lamont Industrial and Tucker Safety Products.
- Resolving daily Apprise questions and issues.
- Work with Apprise help desk and internal IT team to investigate and resolve issue with ERP client and connectivity
- Work on projects related to Apprise:
- Implementing additional companies on Apprise
- Implementing software and features upgrades.
- Leading Conference room pilots with employees and vendors as required
- Working with users, testing business processes
- Analyze inefficiencies and come up with strategies to optimize operations
- Lead internal process improvement engagements, analyzing data, identifying problems, and implementing a plan.
- Maintaining Apprise forms such as Invoices, Sales Orders, Purchase Orders, etc. using Crystal Reports.
- Maintaining ASN shipping labels, warehouse task labels, etc. using Bartender Software.
- Set up Apprise user security
EDI
- Work with EDI Van solution provider Liaison to manage EDI Ordering and to create EDI Mapping, Trading Partners and EDI testing. Set up New EDI Trading Partner.
- EDI mapping in Apprise
- EDI testing
Help Desk Support
- Serve as back up for IT Help Desk as needed.
- Support ERP and other IT related projects, including new implementations, upgrades, enhancements, integrations and other.
- Support Business Intelligence IT Manager on special projects as needed.
