Sr. Workplace Ambassador
The Sr. Workplace Ambassador will be responsible for supporting events that occur at our company owned facilities in Metro Atlanta. This includes events such as team meetings, department meetings, receptions, etc.

Duties may include (but are not limited to):
  • Coordination of on-campus services as they relate to meetings and events (e.g., room set-up and operational readiness, security, catering, tech assist, etc.).
  • Maintaining high-visibility in the conference center space and a close working relationship with the various lines of business.
  • Event shipping, receiving, inventory management, special product ordering, budget tracking, financial reconciliation, etc.
  • Supporting additional event and miscellaneous service needs, as well as AOC Special Access responsiveness.
  • Providing workplace information to meeting attendees, resolving workplace issues, fulfilling event guest and leader requests.
  • Taking on special workplace assignments as needed and as the business evolves.
This position reports to the Workplace Ambassador Program Manager, as part of the Workplace Hospitality & Experience work group.

  • Ensures all requests for leave of absence are submitted and approved by a manager in a timely fashion.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree.
Related Work Experience: 3-5 years of event coordination experience or comparable work experience.
Travel and Hours: No travel is required; however, weekend and evening work may be required depending on specific events being supported.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize key deliverables.
  • Strong written, verbal communication and presentation skills with the ability to provide relevant information to internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
