Event Coordinator/Sales Job at The Mansion at Mountain Lakes
The Mansion at Mountain Lakes, an upscale catering venue located in Morris County, is looking to add to our team! We are in search of the perfect candidate to assist in event coordination and sales.
Job duties will include, but not limited to:
- Answering & sending information to leads, entering into CRM program and lead follow up
- Prepare files and BOE's for events
- Assisting clients with itinerary and details of events
- Day of coordination of events
- Assist in sales appointments - touring, menus, pricing
Our ideal candidate will have (required):
- Minimum of 1 year experience in the hospitality industry
- Dependable - more reliable than spontaneous
- Willingness and ability to handle daily administrative tasks (no job too small)
- Knowledge of CRM platform
- Knowledge of events and communication tools and techniques
- Exceptional written and verbal communication and customer service skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and highly organized
- Self starter with enthusiastic work ethic
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information in an appropriate, secure manner
