Responsibilities: Fiscal Year Planning:
Support Program Management team in the development of Event budgets for potential third-party events
Create and manage financial modeling for Global Event team fiscal funding plans
Leverage multiple sources of data to create executive level custom PPT decks to support leadership discussions around the event marketing strategy
Maintain a deep awareness of funding needs, resources, contingencies for all events in the Global Events portfolio, in order to be a team resource throughout the planning process and annual portfolio management
Provide insights and improvements to streamline the planning process

Global Event Contracts Management:
Track all Global Event contracts that are signed or need to be signed
Advise Strategy team of upcoming sponsorship sales open dates
Update the records when contracts are signed; advise operations team of payment due dates
Final Spend analysis and evergreen documents
Work with Program Management team to extract financial details for completed events
Calculate and analyze data spend by categories and topics
Create presentations with findings

Strategy Briefs:
Create event briefs that evaluate events based on audience history, partner and competitor analysis, event theme and topics, as well as past and future participation details for the company at the event
Manage the event brief calendar for the strategy team

Event Research/ Event Intelligence Tool (EIT):
Manage and conduct event research for database (EIT)
Build event profiles
Manage event producer outreach and relationships

Global Events Calendars:
Create and maintain web site within SharePoint (internal communications site) with Global Events list
Manage Global Events calendar of events in SmartSheet
Coordinate with contacts in other Global Event teams to keep event list updated
Update Executive calendar in web application and PowerPoint

Requirements:
3-5 years marketing and/or operations experience
Critical thinking and analytical skills
Complex PPT and Excel development
Strong analytical skills
Relationship builder and nurturer
Budgeting and negotiation skills
Synthesize and analyze sales and marketing metrics
Work in a past paced, multi project environment
Tracking of complex budgets
Marketing research
Strong presentation skills
Meticulous eye for detail on deliverables
Strategic mindset

Location: Remote
Rate: $1,600 - $2,122/weekly W-2 consultant of Crawford Group; benefits available (Our salary ranges are determined based on skills, experience and location)
