Event Staff provide operational functions before, during, and after events. Event Staff assists with the site set-up and break down, registration (if needed), customer service, and other roles. Event Staff interact directly with event holders and clients during the event and act as initial points of contact for participants.
Essential Position Duties:
- Assist with set up and break down of events, including but not limited to assembly tables, chairs, and other equipment
- Serve as point of contact during events
- Reviews contracts prior to events
- Answers clients questions regarding the event
- Maintains equipment and facility cleanliness
- Assist with parking coordination when needed
- Acts as customer service representative during events
- Assists with other duties as needed
Competencies and Qualifications:
- Superior customer service skills
- Ability to lift/carry/move up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand/walk/carry large items for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in all elements
- Ability to work weekends
