Open Position: Executive Administrative Assistant
The ideal candidate will have the following qualities and attributes
- Detail-oriented, self-starter, organized, critical thinker
- Ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to constant change
- Strong verbal, written and visual communication competencies
Responsibilities and Objectives
- Represent Bevival’s vision, mission, and strategy
- Anticipate the needs and provide support to the founder and key stakeholders
- Interact with external content creators, contributors, partners, and advocates
Tasks
- Manage day-to-day administrative operations, communications
- Conduct online research
- Contribute to the content development
- Oversee and expand Bevival’s social media presence
Critical Skills
- Digital foundation with strong working knowledge of: Content creation tools such as: MSOffice Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, Squarespace, Mail Chimp, and social media
Term
- Part-time to full-time position, starting at 8-12hrs per week. On-site & virtual
- Compensation commensurate with experience
