This role is based in Inglewood, California and is an onsite position.

The Executive Administrative Assistant & Office Manager is responsible for supporting the executive staff and various departments with administrative duties. This position is also responsible for the management and coordination of the Inglewood corporate office maintenance and administrative duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with leaders, team members, and the Inglewood office as a whole.
  • Performs or coordinates maintenance of office equipment including cleaning, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Maintains inventory of office supplies; orders new supplies as needed.
  • Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the company’s Senior Executive team and/or other assigned leadership staff.
  • Assists with editing, updating, and versioning of business documents, presentations, reports, and other assigned documents requiring intermediate to advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Assists and partners with other personnel in the planning and execution of team meetings, off-sites, and cross-departmental activities.
  • Welcomes and guides office visitors.
  • Performs additional duties as assigned.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • A High School Diploma or GED is required
  • At least four (4) years’ experience in an administrative assistant role
  • Experience working with highly sensitive and confidential information and projects
  • Experience supporting Senior Executives is a plus
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite with a focus on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and time-critical environment with a demonstrated organization and the ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands

Pay Range: $65,000 - $80,000
