We are seeking an Executive Assistant to join our team!
Responsibilities:
Responsible for performing a wide range of complex secretarial duties and coordinating a multitude of office procedures. Serves as primary executive support to CEO and other senior leadership team managers with projects and special assignments as needed. Provides back-up support to other administrative support personnel as needed.
Qualifications:
Required Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum three (3) years previous administrative assistant experience required.
Additional Qualifications/Skills:
- College degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Current, valid, and active driver’s license preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite preferred.
- Executive level support experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Hospital or healthcare office experiences preferred.
- Knowledge of medical terminology helpful.
- Experience within a hospital setting working with confidential records and customer service preferred.
- Knowledge of telephone etiquette and use of office equipment.
- Exhibit discretion, good judgement and commitment to excellent customer service. Excellent customer service skills, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to project a professional image.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements.
- Strong organizational, prioritizing and analytical skills.
- Ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
- Working knowledge of computer and software applications used in job functions.
- Freedom from illegal use of and effects of use of drugs and alcohol in the workplace.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience, education and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It’s not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $18.34 to $25.67
Posted Salary Range: USD $18.34 - USD $25.67 /Hr.
