Louis Vuitton Americas is seeking an Executive Assistant to the Senior Vice President of Communications who will support and manage the operations and daily administration.

Essential Duties & Job Responsibilities:
Administration
  • Maintains SVP's calendar. Sets priorities and plans, prioritizes and schedules appointments, meetings, and other engagements
  • Arranges sophisticated and detailed travel plans and itineraries.
  • Processes travel and departmental expenses through SAP/Concur
  • Conserves time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence. Initiates routine and non-routine correspondence with minimal directions.
Reporting & Analysis
  • Researches, captures, and compiles complex data to prepare presentation materials, spreadsheets and customized reports.
  • Develops and maintains computer-based and paper filing systems.
Communication & Partnerships
  • Collaborate with other internal and external stakeholders on cross functional projects and deadlines.
  • Other ad hoc projects that fit the needs of the business.


PROFIL

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in Communications, PR, or Advertisement or relevant fields of study. Digital savvy & tech friendly, and has a sophisticated understanding of Microsoft Programs (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Outlook). Excellent interpersonal communication skills and can interact with all levels of management and employees.

The appointed candidate will be offered a salary within the range of USD $60,000- $70,000 annual salary plus the opportunity for a bonus, a comprehensive benefits package including: medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability, various paid time off programs, employee discount/perks and two retirement plans both with employer contributions. This position is located at our Louis Vuitton Corporate Office in NYC and honors the opportunity for a hybrid on-site schedule.
