Position Summary:

Provide direct administrative support to Partner.

Responsibilities:

Direct administrative support (professional and personal) to a founding Partner of the firm, to include:

  • coordination of daily activities and calendar;
  • scheduling and confirmation of appointments;
  • communication with clients and other third parties via phone calls and emails;
  • preparation of documents and correspondence;
  • organize and maintain digital files and paper working files;
  • maintenance of numerous calendars/timelines of repetitive tasks (e.g., recurring bill payments).

Necessary Skills and Abilities:

Candidates for the role will need to demonstrate the following abilities:

  • organization;
  • proofreading and grammatical skills;
  • professional written and oral communication;
  • attention to detail;
  • ability to multi-task;
  • ability to work independently;
  • ability to prioritize tasks;
  • strong computer abilities including proficiency with Outlook, Word and Excel (experience with law firm management systems such as Clio and project management systems such as Monday is helpful, but not mandatory);
  • professional discretion and maintenance of confidentiality.

Education/Training:

AA or Bachelor's Degree (preferred) and at least two (2) years of related work experience in a professional services business environment (e.g., law firm, financial institution, accounting firm, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
