Executive Chef/Kitchen Manager Job at The White Marlin
The White Marlin will be the premier restaurant within a 100 mile radius.
The White Martlin is upscale casual, with a beach front patio that is second to none.
Looking for someone who is experienced with seafood and steaks.
You must know your way around a kitchen and how to develope and train a brand new staff for a new restaurant opening.
Catering execution is a must. We are a step down from fine dining with all the bells and whistles of a fine dining establishment.
Must know how to create and cost out a menu. Inventory cost controls, ordering and inventory. Great knife skills are a must as you will be cutting fresh beef and fish daily.
Compensation to match skill with a bonus structure matching our profitability.
Restaurant will be opening March 1st so we need to act fast.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
