Experienced CNC Machinists Job at Girard Equipment, Inc
Girard Equipment, Inc. is a manufacturer of safety and ancillary components for road, rail, intermodal, and offshore liquid transport tankers. The Company's products are primarily focused on pressure control devices and valves needed for the safe transportation of hazardous liquid chemicals.
We are currently seeking experienced, quality-minded individuals to work as Machinists in our machine shop for 1st and 2nd shift. Individual's must have a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and in teams. This position requires the operation of sophisticated CNC and Haus machinery.
Required Skills:
The following knowledge and skills are required in order to perform this job successfully:
- Minimum of 4 years of experience using CNC/Haus machines including setup and operation, certification preferable.
- Proficient with programming in G code or Mazak control. Knowledge of ERP systems.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours, while moving and lifting heavy, steel parts.
- Experience working in an ISO certified manufacturing environment.
Required Experience:
High school diploma or general education degree (GED), CNC Turning Center and/or Mill Certification, and four years' related experience.
This is a full-time position located in Vero Beach, Florida with hours from Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm.
