Position: Experienced Litigation Paralegal

Job Description: Including but not limited to

• Act as liaison between clients and attorneys to request documentation, provide case updates, et.
• Review client documents, organize, and prepare file memos
• Draft Complaints, Answers, Motions
• E-File via ECourts and PACER
• Maintain files to ensure all timeline are met
• Assist with real estate and other transactional matters as needed

Hours: Full-Time (will consider part-time if you can cover the critical hours needed).

Pay: Dependent on experience.

Ideal Candidate:

• At least 4 years of experience in a law firm performing the tasks outlined above.
• Experience with Mac/Apple computers or ability to learn the technology quickly is a must.
• Bachelor's Degree REQUIRED
• Paralegal Certificate REQUIRED
• Will consider JD students in place of Paralegal Certificate
• Will consider attorneys admitted in another state other than NJ or retired attorneys

Position is fully in office, not remote.
