I’m Nick owner at Elite Paint Home Renovations we’re looking for an all-star experienced painter to join our team and help us thrive as we continue our massive success as one of the fastest growing painting companies in the Michigan area! Our goal is to train you on our five star cabinet refinishing and house painting systems to ensure that you can produce high quality results at optimum speed with a motivated team around you to help you hit your goals, your milestones, and to help you grow as not only a painter but a leader. Mostly interior repaints and cabinet painting/ refinishing! A new shop as well!

Essential Job Functions

-years of professional paint experience

- thrives in a fast-paced, high input environment

- works well on a team and will go the extra mile to help/support team members

- has a ridiculous obsession for wanting to be the best ( and the work ethic to back it up)

- on time each day and professional

- work is located in Macomb county and some areas in Oakland county as well.

- positive attitude and be able to take direction.

- use ladders 16’-32’ extension ladders.

- roll and cut

- job prep including sanding, taping and masking for cabinets and windows. we will show you how we do it as a company to help as well

- reliable transportation we have company vehicles as well once you show your worth!

- we would love for you to quickly grow into a project manager and even a supervisor role!

Pay scale:$20 - $22

Typical end time: 4PM

Typical start time: 8AM
